Summary:
We are seeking a Camp Leader (18 Year old or +) to join our team and contribute to creating a fun and engaging camp experience for children.
The Camp Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading various activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of campers, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Camper activites include:
Gymnastics tumbling, Ninja warrior obstacle courses, Art projects, Science projects and team building games! Duties:
- Lead a variety of camp activities, including sports, Gymnastics tumbling, Ninja warrior obstacle courses, Art projects, Science projects and team building games! - Supervise campers during all activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times - Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills, teamwork, and positive behavior - Assist with behavior management strategies as needed - Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns or issues that may arise, as well as good actions and good behavior.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred - Knowledge or experience in Tumbling, parkour, early childhood education, or sports coaching is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with children of different ages and backgrounds - Ability to engage and motivate campers in a positive manner - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors If you are passionate about working with children in a fun and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
