This position is for an attorney who will assist with the preparation of motions, pleadings, responses, discovery, interrogatories, declarations, affidavits, declarations, affidavits, etc.

The position will also include assisting with other duties as assigned by the lead attorney including depositions, mediation sessions and other court proceedings as needed by the firm's attorneys and clients.
