We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team.
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Assist the store manager in overseeing certain aspects of the store's operations -Getting the store ready for our 11:
00 opening time - Collaborate with the store manager on visual merchandising displays to enhance customer experience -Maintaining Gelato temperature and serving gelato to customers - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries -Facilitate a fun welcoming environment -Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise - Maintain a clean and organized store environment ### Requirements:
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and time management skills - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience with managing inventory - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy and slow periods of time - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred If you are a dedicated individual who enjoys quality interactions with customers, excellent leadership abilities, and a desire to contribute to the success of our store, we encourage you to apply for the position of Retail Assistant Manager.
