Construction Administrative Assistant is responsible for these
Essential Functions:
Contract administration:
Tracking, collecting and filing subcontacts and certificates of insurance; assisting in setting up new jobs, ensuring compliance for all subcontractors and their documentation.
Bid documentation management:
Assist with tracking bid responses and sending invitation to bid email reminders as necessary.
Closeout documentation:
Assist Project Coordinator in collecting subcontractor closeout documents including warranties, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings for project Owners.
Accounting support:
Collect and process weekly timecards for payroll, collect and track conditional and unconditional waivers from subcontractors, download statements and invoices from credit card vendors.
Field employee point of contact:
Collect and file daily job reports, safety meetings sign-in sheets, send out weekly manpower requests, coordinate orders for field rentals.
General office support:
Answer phones and transfer calls, track and order office and kitchen supplies as needed, filing, shipping and other misc tasks.
