Responsibilities:
- Hands-on sales/leasing and property management coupled with personal assisting that may including animal/horse Care -Job may include some Saturday and Sunday tasks but you'll get time for yourself during the week when this is necessary.
- An attitude of willingness and the knowledge, experience and capability to do what is necessary to make today run smooth.
(cleaning, leasing, orders, mail, feed horses, process bills.
Multi faceted - lots of variety and lots of latitude for an organized, conscious, self disciplined individual) - Perform high level clerical tasks for 7 companies:
organizing documents, and A/R, A/P, payroll spreadsheets, credit cards and spending, rents - Proofread, edit and composition of various types of documents.
- Great telephone and in person mannerism providing excellent customer service to clients because you like people.
We deal with lots of personalities so, those you don't love you set boundaries that are firm, reasonable and you're nice about it.
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments using Google Calendar; we follow up systems that are second to none, because there is that much to remember.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
You're into our personal lives of money and correspondence and treat it with respect and regard.
0 Skills:
- Proficient in using Word and Excel - Organize yourself and others and0 0 prioritize tasks - Excellent attention to detail as related to cleanliness, quality and sequential tasks - Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Dropbox management and maintaining an organized environment -Have experience with horses, cat, dog, are not allergic to and like being around limited numbers of behaved animals.
