Job Description:
1) 1-2 yrs working as a construction Prep Detail or Home Warranty Rep scheduling / performing repairs, maintenance or related construction work 2) Strong customer service skills and experience in dealing with new home construction, including paperwork, claims and dealing with homeowners.
Excellent communication skills required.
3) Very computer skills to manage and track claims electronically 4) Duties include knowledge in basic electrical, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, cabinets, etc 5) Job will be 25% hands on work and 75% job assessment, coordination, customer service & scheduling Must pass a drug screen, background check.
An online/in person skills assessment will be conducted to qualify all viable candidates.
