We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities/
Job Description:
Attach Prelim files in Bistrack system to jobs Maintain organization files Folds company invoices/statements Applies postage to company invoices/statements Processes customer returned mail Assist AR transactions team with overflow of tasks Various clean-up projects as needed at the direction of AR Supervisor What makes our Company a great place to work? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
