Call Center Customer Service Job Description and
Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will receive the tools needed for success, including paid training, industry-leading technology software, scripting and coaching to help you experience the highest level of success in your role.
Successful completion of a comprehensive training program Making and receiving phone calls in accordance with FDCPA guidelines, various regulatory agencies and state and local laws Review and analyze work orders and other skip trace documentation in assigned queue to determine next course of action to resolve debt Negotiating and soliciting payment arrangements Document information relative to collection activity in collection software contact management system Analyze potential disputes and recommend course of action to management Prepare accounts for legal action Keep abreast of all regulatory compliance requirements related to collecting bad debt Achieving daily phone requirements as determined by Management Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals as determined by Management Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees Ability to meet department attendance requirements Ability to work effectively under departmental pressure/stress situations Demonstrating dignity, respect and professionalism at all times
