You are responsible for handling service requests and schedules, Exemplifying our code of values, show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
You are ready to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule requested services - Perform administrative functions, including data entry, payment processing and - Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email - Prepare accurate reports - Seek to develop the process continuously Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Team player who can work independently.
- Experience in Sales is a huge plus.
