This is a part time position.
Hours are flexible up to 20 hours per week.
The position requires working knowledge of day-to-day Cal OSHA requirements and serves as the company's point of contact for safety issues and concerns with the owners and employees.
Additional general office duties included.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Requires general OSHA knowledge, and the skills to administer safety requirements.
Direct and manage compliance with the company safety program and incident prevention efforts.
Document adherence to OSHA requirement.
Manage all safety documentation.
Participate in safety meetings.
Facilitate safety meetings.
Compile materials for safety meetings, prepare agendas, and record meetings.
Serve as liaison for all injury reports.
Assist with other general office duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Working knowledge of Cal OSHA Prior OSHA experience in the dental field a plus.
Computer skills with the ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
