We produce the best organic flour in the United States.
From our Petaluma Distribution Center, we deliver our flour and other baking ingredients to well-known bakeries and restaurants throughout Northern California.
We also support distribution throughout the country.
In operations multi-tasking is crucial as you move from directly interacting with retail and wholesale customers to computer work.
We support everyone from large bakery production locations to small local bakeries.
Strong customer service and phone skills and effective time management matter.
Communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills are important.
You will be working with Netsuite becoming effective at inventory management.
If you are unfamiliar with Netsuite, we are happy to train the right person, being tech savvy will make things smoother.
We value positive attitudes and enthusiastic personalities.

You will find a supportive group as you learn the ropes.
You do not need to have a baking background, we can teach you the product, but enjoying baking would certainly give you a head start.
