Our stand-alone business valuations are primarily used in exit planning, tax and financial reporting compliance as well as buy/sell agreements and management buyouts.

Job Overview:
The Investment Banking Analyst plays a critical role supporting the firm's client engagements.
Primary responsibilities involve the input, review, and analysis of financial data for all engagements as well as the preparation of offering materials and buyer lists utilized in M&A transactions and reports for Valuation engagements.
This individual will work most closely with the Investment Banking and Valuation partners with frequent interaction with other senior advisors and appraisers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Inputting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data Developing company valuations and financial models Preparation of presentation decks and valuation reports Facilitating due diligence for M&A engagements Conducting industry and company-specific market research Coordinate buyer outreach campaigns and NDAs Attending client meetings Understanding financial markets and trends Developing varied industry and transaction expertise, and staying current on industry developments Gaining an understanding of the interests and investment criteria of a number of middle market private equity firms and strategic buyers Company marketing support
Qualifications:
A strong interest in pursuing a career in investment banking BS in Finance or similar degree, or an MBA Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Exposure to CapitalIQ, PitchBook and other databases Previous experience in finance, account or investment banking, welcomed but not required Self-motivated, a strong desire to learn and grow, and driven for success Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, small company environment Ability to prioritize, multitask, and produce while maintaining quality and customer service Salary and
